WARNING: Please be aware that currently, technical limitations of VRS-based 9-1-1 video calls prevent automatic referral of your location information to 9-1-1 emergency authorities. The need to convey this information manually increases the amount of time for these calls, as well as the risk of error. For this reason, GLOBAL VRS recommends for you to dial 9-1-1 from a TTY or use a traditional TTY relay service to make 9-1-1 calls.
